FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped using Fedex and insured for the value of goods. We are unable to re-route packages once they are shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. Transit time estimates do not include weekends or holidays and we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer Saturday delivery. We are not responsible for unanticipated delays due to conditions such as weather or air travel delays.

We offer Free Ground Shipping via Fedex on all orders within the continental United States.

FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select countries in Asia and Europe

If you live outside the U.S., our shipment of products to you may be subject to customs duties, and import taxes or any other charges which are separate from the shipping charges and are your responsibility upon delivery. Please check your local customs authority’s website for more information. We unfortunately have no control over the import/export fees each country establishes on footwear. The customer is responsible for applicable duties and taxes. If you refuse the duties payment, the product will be shipped back to us.

PRODUCT AND IMAGES ONLINE

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our product on TRIPLPOINT40-73.com. As Computer and phone displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be entirely accurate.
We abstain from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s device or to malfunction in regards to color definition.

SIZING Size and fit details will be recommended by the TRIPLPOINT design team. Because of our extremely limited production, we prefer you to contact us directly for proper fit instead of purchasing multiple sizes. We reserve the right to limit the quantity sent. www.info@triplpoint40-73.com

PAYMENT

When you are ready to purchase, you will be charged in full after completing the checkout page. The balance will include any shipping fees, taxes, and/or duties (when applicable). You will be emailed a receipt. Upon arrival to warehouse, we will send email notification stating the approximate arrival date to the consumer.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Unfortunately we cannot process any changes to a completed order at any time. Email www.info@triplpoint40-73.com to request a refund. You will receive a full credit and an email notification receipt at that time. A new order will have to be placed should you wish to make additional changes.

Returns & Exchanges

TRIPLPOINT 40°-73°® has a 14-day return policy, starting from the delivery date. The customer must ship the product back to our return center for a refund or exchange. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must comply with our Return Policy. If an item you receive is damaged, please email us immediately with details including pictures of the shipping box, shoebox and shoes. Footwear must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags.

When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Any parcel returned after the prescribed time frame shall be refused and returned to the sender. TRIPLPOINT 40°-73°® is not responsible for the refund on any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. TRIPLPOINT 40°-73°® cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. Returned parcels must contain the receipt or email receipt to: info@triplpoint 40-73.com. Please note that TRIPLPOINT 40°-73°® will not take shoes that were purchased elsewhere.
